Griffiths, does he still have a future at Parkhead?

The end of the season is almost in sight. Just 5 games to go for the SPFL Champions. While the destination of the title has already been secured, there is still a lot to play for from 2nd downwards. Motherwell, Celtic's opponents on Saturday, are still very much in the hunt for second place as they lie just three points behind Aberdeen.

Celtic can play a huge and vital role in the fight for second and third place. With the Hoops playing Motherwell, Aberdeen and Dundee United the Bhoys can quash either of these sides European aspirations. Looking back on Motherwell's recent European ventures its safe to say they have not...

With the Championship already secured, Neil Lennon could give some of his fringe players a game against an in-form United side.

Adam Matthews and Charlie Mulgrew are still absent with hamstring injuries while right-back Darnell Fisher is out with a knee injury

Celtic's belated Scottish Premiership title-winning celebrations fell flat as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Ross County at Parkhead.

Neil Lennon's side had clinched their third successive title with a 5-1 win over Partick Thistle at Firhill on Wednesday night and were looking to put on a show for their supporters, but the home crowd were silenced in the 15th minute when Dutch striker Melvin de Leeuw fired the visitors ahead.

Kris Commons put the ball away from close range in the 34th minute with his 28th goal of the season.

Both sides hit the woodwork after the break before settling for a point which better suited the resolute visitors, who are battling to remain out of the relegation play-off spot.

Lennon looking to the summer

Now that the title has been clinched with 7 games to spare what exactly does Neil Lennon do? Does he continue with a relatively full strength team for the remaining games to try and breach the 100 point barrier. Or does he start to bleed in more and more players on the fringes and from the youth team. The likes of Balde, Henderson, Fridjonsson and O'Connell?

Will Pukki get more game time?

Its a fine balancing act, players do need to be rested. Due to the short space of time between the season ending and our CL qualification beginning it leaves little time for players to really...

Scottish Premiership
26th March 2014

Neil Lennon last night became only the fourth manager in the history of Celtic Football Club to win three successive domestic titles, as the Hoops romped to a dominant victory at the home of their Glasgow rivals Partick Thistle and secured the title with seven games to go in the process.

The Irishman, who served at Celtic as a player from 2000-2007 and has been manager since early 2010, now joins Willie Maley, Jock Stein and Gordon Strachan in the list of men who have led the Hoops to three title wins on the trot. Illustrious company indeed.

Almost two years ago to the exact date, just a few months before their old rivals were liquidated and...
