    I had Bass,Salmon Buttered Tatties with Cheese Sauce,Steamed Cabbage and long beans with Scrumpy Jack riding Shotgun.
    Only thing I had all day before was 3 Shredded Wheat with whole Milk.
    Oh and yes Ruby Roo has some of the fish and long beans:84:

    Left over cabbage and mashed totties from Sunday dinner, mash together with fried onion and some bacon.
    Make into burger sized patties, shallow fry them for about 4mins each side and serve with a couple of poached eggs.

    Not bad, but not really worth the effort. :99:

    Pasta with a hot sauce I made, chicken breast, a yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes, and green beans. Lots of black pepper, garlic, and oregano in the hot sauce I made.
