    Ah I kept it simple!

    Prawn, chorizo, bit of chopped onion, garlic along with pesto and some salt/pepper.

    Tastes class on its own but adding a bit of sauce afterwards completes it.

    Baby squids followed by beef tenderloin with mash , mushrooms and baby shallots , cut like butter , lots of red wine
