Ended up doing a 5km run on the treadmill today and then an hour on the cross trainer. Weights only tomorrow.
Currently 13 hours into a 72 hour water fast.
I’d * love a chicken fillet roll.
What's the benefit of that? * that I couldn't go 6 hours without a glass of water

Anyone ever do dumbell thrusters, it's like a squat to shoulder press?
Did 100 of them and 100 leg raises holding a bar on Thursday night and still feeling it man.
Mind the tread mill pal,* your joints up if ye over do it.
Started new job last week and gym went out the window,feeling * *.
Drained with the stress of starting new job and feeling * from no exercise and eating crap hopefully things will settle and i can get back to the gym and sort the diet out,* crazy how bad it gets when ye stop exercising.
Back in the game
I've noticed over the years that I tend to go through peaks and troughs with my fitness and how I feel about it. I'm always fairly consistent with going but there are times where my fitness drops and I feel like I'm going through the motions and not really enoying it. Right now, I feel like I'm flying and I'm actively looking forward to getting to the gym, and seeing noticeable results. Hopefully keep this up for as long as possible.

Did my first run in about 5 weeks last night (10k), did it in 48.10 which I was happy with considering I’ve had a few heavy weekends of drinking in that time.
Hoping to keep myself ticking over between now and Christmas with a run or two a week along with playing football, and then start going hard at it again in the new year. I usually come back to football after Christmas in pretty bad shape so hoping to avoid that this season.
Started the vegan thing, try it out at work offshore for 3 weeks to try strip the fat off me( I was 16 stone and only 5 foot 9) . Day 2 almost finished! Had no bevvy for over 3 weeks as well now.
Been eating * and drinking like *.
Fat as * again, couldn't give a * it's keeping me warm in this cold weather.
Couldn't get my hole in a brothel lately so the fat needs to go.
