Discuss Rod Stewart doing the huddle! in the TalkCeltic Pub area at TalkCeltic.net.
Who cares really ? * sake man
Aye you would do the same in his position
* and * apparently foo.
And also not only is he a massive genuine Celtic Supporter he helps promote our great club around the world
Ooooffft all is forgiven, a board member who gets them united singing the Rebs, I feel like lighting a flare
I know I slated him, but his model railway is * amazing. Fair play to him.
@cidermaster you seen it?
You wanna impress me Rod? Hand back yer knighthood and release Bring Them Home on your next album.
Otherwise * off ya *.
Yes it’s a grand old Railway set the old Bhoy owns,but no Kingussie Stop
PL: "I don't accept that Irish Republicanism is in Celtic's history, anywhere in Celtic's history. I don't recognise Celtic being associated with sectarianism. I don't recognise Celtic being associated with Irish Republicanism."
Why you beltin' out Grace in our boardroom then Pedro?
And on Poppy week aswell
Surely I'm no the only one thinking this can be used to our advantage.
Get us a a top notch striker or this goes viral YA c***
It's not our boardroom, that looks like a hotel or restaurant.
That make replica Celtic jerseys there.
Sir Rod Stewart has said it would be “a shame” if Scotland became independent when asked about the UK’s political situation.
However, the singer said he would support Scotland leaving the union “if it was good” for the country.
Speaking to BBC Scotland’s The Nine programme, Sir Rod also said he believes Boris Johnson “will sort it out”, when asked about Brexit.
He said: “I’m somewhat of a traditionalist. It would be a shame to see the British isles break up, it would be a shame to see that blue off the Union Jack.
“But if it’s good for Scotland then I’m happy.”
He’s of a generation which is on its last legs. His dinosaur opinions can be forgiven.
Didn't he used to support Rangers
Just say you're a unionist ffs. You'll no burst into flames.
Rod loves our Great Great Club deeper than deeply,* he is not perfect,who the * is?
Good reply to a good post,
I think Rod needs to be careful in what he says(media will make a story of anything),like it or not when its celtic and he comments it usually gets noticed and that can work both ways for rod.
Hes no more a fan than you or i and his comments are no better than yours or mine but his get the exposure and he knows this,and on some subjects(flares etc)he should just say i,ll leave that for others to deal with.
I my self am not to fussed about the Knighthood thing but you make a good point,he comes across as someone who has sympathy/support for the Irish struggle but is happy to accept a knighthood from the very people who are to blame for it.
