He didn't officially win the league, but I get your point.

If Lennon ends up winning the treble, should he be on the list?

Mark Warburton got it in 2016, for winning the Championship :52::52::52::52::52:

    Kent, having a * laugh.

    * got one trick, run fast, stop quickly and turn. With a * final ball
6 goals and 6 assists for a winger in this season isn't good at all. He isn't a great footballer either.

Morelos is only there for goals scored, as clearly overall he isn't a good footballer either, discipline and unable to stay onside count against him massively.

Why players get nominated, even win, this award for goals scored is beyond me since there is literally an award for goals scored.

I’ll ask you again, what two trophies did Rodgers win? And people sing Michael Fagan shagged the queen, did that really happen. :84:

The post was half jest anyway. Wouldn’t look good if he won it, but still achieved more than most managers this season including Slippy. Surely slippy couldn’t be one of the nominations.

He will be due to Rodgers leaving and Lennon leaving Hibs earlier in the season.

They won’t include Lennon just like they won’t include Heckinbottom.

I think it should be Clarke or Holt.

We joke but he will be nominated. You can guarantee it.

    Clarke ought to get it.

Stephen Robinson, Bryan Rice etc got to be in with a shout based on their performance.

Surely even McInnes would be more deserving as he got to a cup final and semi. Finished 3rd in league but with a much lesser budget relative to the Huns.

Think it would be pretty criminal if Slippy was one of the nominees. As if finishing circa 9/10 points behind us is some sort of achievement.

as you see he has only played in the motherwell team since January before the winter break .

So , ten games . One he was a sub and 7 games he was substituted .

    4 wins
    4 defeats
    2 draws .

1 Scottish cup game , a home defeat to Ross County .

    6 goals

    1 yellow card … v celtic .

and this gets you a nomination for YPOTY …… must be something else ?

Maybe. They are currently three points ahead of Killie with three games left.

Hastie over Ajer and Edouard is a joke.

Even the likes of Sam Cosgrove or Greg Taylor at Kilmarnock deserve to be in ahead of him imo.

As has been mentioned he’s only played the 2nd half of the season whilst these guys have been consistent throughout the entirety.

    ———

As for the POtY nominees Kent hasn’t even been the huns 2nd best player this season. If they were intent on picking 2 Huns then Tavernier should have been picked.
