New home kit unveiled 1/5/19

Could not agree more Nike kits were consistently poor quality or poor fits and only a few actually looked good. The kits from Nikes first year were for me the worst kits ever in my lifetime. I was so glad when we moved on from Nike. They are the worst kit manufacturer IMHO by some distance of the major suppliers. To me Nike is like the fast food of kit suppliers they are everywhere but the quality is in a word *.

 

People slagging off Nikes designs with us when then produced all these classics , 16 out of 23 kits were all good/ acceptable, compared to New Balance who have made 4 good shirts in 15 attempts. Only positives that New Balance have is that the replica shirts are better fitting than Nike who catered to fat americans at the time they were with us. As
long as Adidas don't use their generic templates and dafabet give a bit of leniency about the colour of their logo we should be in for a treat the next of couple of seasons.

 

I didn’t mind the current home one when I first seen it, now I’m not so keen

 

One out of how many years which was down to them using some sort of recycled materials, these NB ones are shocking constantly coming away at the seams and shorts failing apart, that’s before we start on the honking designs. Get them tae *!

 

That bumblebee is still my favourite. I’ve got it long sleeved but it’s got * Fortune on the back.

Didn’t like the ones Commons, Wakaso and JVH are in.

 

I've never really had any quality issues with any of our kits I would prefer Nike over Adidas though as apart from the third kits which recently are all the same design nikes tops are unique whereas Adidas just seem to use their teamwear kits and just change the badge

Seems to be rumours at the moment. While I would say Adidas make great quality kits their designs have gotten very sterile over the last couple of years

 

Well it is all about opinions and in my opinion the Nike kits were in general crap quality. A few of the designs were nice and a few ok and a lot crap but the fabric and the way the jersey's fit they were crap almost across the board. As for your comment about fat Americans please stop New Balance are a US company as well.

 

Their approach to design is the most annoying part, just bog standard templates with a different badge and different colours, for most of their kits.
