    NL: I’m delighted. I’m so happy with them. We were able to rest a few players and those who came in excelled.”

    NL: “On paper these games look easy but they’re not. We asked them to do a little more in the second-half and they certainly did that. It’s an excellent win and most importantly we are in the semi-final

    NL: “Jullien was fatigued and tight in the hamstring so we couldn’t risk him. Bauer twisted his ankle so there’s a few bumps and bruises but the majority are okay

    NL: “I thought
    @JeremieFrimpong
    was very good. Very infectious. What you seen tonight is what you get in training, I thought he was excellent. He should be delighted with his night’s work. It was a good start.”

    NL: ”
    @Tom_Rogic
    was brilliant. He’s got the bit between his teeth and he looks night and day compared to how he was last season

    Scoring for fun. Pragmatic away from home against Rennes. Just a nice balance running through the team just now.

    If Cluj qualifier comes 2 weeks later we go through. We will show that when they rock up at Paradise.

    Keep it up Neil.

    He's made a great start domestically, and had some good results in Europe. Keep it up, Neil.

    Said this on the stats page but deserves it’s place here - we never had our 3 top scorers or assisters on tonight. Forrest, Christie and Eddy.

    We scored 5 goals while making 8 changes.

    He's got Ntcham running riot in the LC against Thistle. The man is a * genius. :giggle1:

    Seriously though he gets in players heads, knows when a boot up the * is needed but also when an arm round the shoulder is required. He also doesn't suffer fools gladly.

    From his interviews I get the impression he knows he's good and he knows the players he has are good. He looks quietly confident to me, good things are coming our way and he knows it.

    Always thought that Cluj defeat might have been a blessing in disguise because of where Lenny was at in regards to building his new squad. It could be argued that skipping the CL and having us play in the Europa against teams we can and will beat will only help build momentum and confidence in the squad. * I'm even thinking another Europa final is not out of the Question, remember Lenny will always see that Trophy as the one that got away during his playing career and this is his big chance to put that right..........imagine :grntongue

    The current squad while they are still gelling and developing as a squad being flung in the CL against the likes of Dortmund and Barca might have seriously dented the confidence and momentum we are now seeing?........We will be far more CL ready next season IMO.

    Must say this thread is now a breath of fresh air compared to what it was a couple of months ago.

    Onward and upwards Lenny Bhoy, always knew you were the man for the TEN.

    This isn't a gloating post and if you take it as a gloating post then it's completely on you.

    Now. Is there a hysterical maniac still posting who was calling Lennon an "idiot" "clown" "drunk" "not fit to manage Celtic" "brings baggage"

    I even read "undignified" at one point.

    Any of you screwballs still posting and want to admit you got it wrong yet or does he still have 5 games to prove himself?

    Said with love and compassion, no judgement here. Just admit you have the attention span of a moth bumping into a 40 watt bulb and we can put this whole sorry mess behind us.

    Not judging.

    Judge away, there was some amount of * being spouted by fannies this summer and they deserve to be called on it, not that they'll come out from under their rock while we're winning like this.
