Discuss John Kennedy in the Celtic Chat area at TalkCeltic.net.
still with the first team
You'd imagine he does a lot of work in regards to the defence. Surely.
Which is worrying.
defensive coach apparently
fucksake talk about clutching at straws
What do we owe this * honestly?
I find it a bit embarrassing that this has been brought up again, he can't seem to catch a break. The blame for last night falls at the feet of Rodgers and the players. Is Kennedy supposed to turn Ambrose into a superstar or something?
He could have told BR not to play Efe ever, knows how much of a liability he is more than anyone.
The only things that has been consistent while we've been utterly * defensively has been John Kennedy. He definitely need to take some of the blame.
What I would give to have Johan back!
Kennedy out- need someone in that knows defensive duties- if someone else says we already have that well I am going to run under a bus!
Ahhahaha yes last night was obviously John Kennedy's fault ffs people need to get a grip and stop making this man a scapegoat
Nah but you would think he has enough of a brain in him to have realised that ambrose is absolutely pish and maybe inform Brendan of how bad a player he is.
oh hi John :bbpd:
Did John pick the team ?? Did John play like a bunch of spinless * ?? Did John pick Ambrose ??
You are right it's 100% Johns fault get him out
Calm down John :icon_mrgreen:
Without wishing to blame Deila for everything, we can't, because Brendan and his coaching team made all the decisions last night, wish we had managed to persuaded Steve Clarke to take the No.2 role . Kennedy remains part of the Deila cancer still in the Celtic body.
If Brendan can't figure that out himself he shouldn't be in a job
Nobody should be looking for a scapegoat that is just silly. You can't blame him for yesterday's performance but look, our defence has been abysmal for some time now, that includes the tactics employed and their assertiveness.
So I am simply reminded of the various factors that are at play here, one of which - sorry - is that we have an inexperienced defensive coach at the helm. I think it's important to remember that as a potential part of the issue.
The other factors are more obvious and need not be repeated here.
I don't know how much Rodgers has seen of Celtic over the last few season but surely Kennedy should be telling him not to play Efe Ambrose under and circumstances.
Can you imagine being in Kennedy's shoes and you see Efe coming in again for pre-season...'aw for * sake!' Can't be a pleasure to attempt to train him by any means.
Cuntish comment even by your low standards.
