Ovb his comment is influenced by anger of a poor performance but it ain't too far off either he's only been stand out in two European games Munich and zenit..... Away to zenit poor away to bmg was poor missed a sitter was poor against rosenborg away this season was pish that game.... He pops up with some crucial goals in certain games though and it saves him from criticism a lot of the time

Started great then for some reason sank back in our own half after half an hour.

Just saw that psv’s wage bill is half of ours, just goes to show that it’s not always about how much you spend, and we’re spending too much on ordinary players.

the end of the day we couldn't live with the pace and intensity they played at and as a result of that pace we couldnt get our own game going, we started to rush everything because we were getting closed down so well, which meant our passes were * and the ball wouldnt stick to our forward thinking players, we never sorted that out at any point in the game

now is that because their fitness is so much better than ours ? or maybe a combination of they were fitter and that they never had any glaring weaknesses in their side like lustig hendry ntcham griffiths

its so important to start games well as in get a foothold and get your game going we scored but we never got our game going at all not at any point in the entire night did we have any kind of hold in that game

Closer to home Livingston's top earner will be on no more than 1k. Most of the team on £500. How can we justify paying players 30K to win the SPL and be a 6th or 7th tier team now in Europe. Something is badly wrong at our club currently

The defence is a * disgrace ,the passing was shocking, the subs didn't improve anything about the team .the thought of boyata and hendry as our cb's makes me sick.
if Rodgers is forced out because of this penny pinching * lawwel and his buddies have got to go

I dunno what is worse with how I feel.

Indifferent becuase it's almost something were used to away in Europe or the fact I'm starting to think this is what we are used to.

Only managed to see majority of first half and we seemed to defend well and survive their countless attacks. What happened in the second half?

Heard Lustig caused first goal. Spoke to my old man who’s as cynical as they come and he said we didn’t play particularly bad but just beaten by a far superior team.

sad thing is i bet that rb salsburg style of all out attack is something that brendan wants for us

he wants the players playing out along the deck from the back he wants them passing through midfield

he just hasnt got good enough players at the back especially to implement it but i still would have gamboa rather than lustig i dont get why he thinks lustig is better than him, i dont get that at all

and a mention for christie who i think has peformed well whenever hes been brought into the game, i think mcgreggors place might be up for grabs if christie keeps playing so well when he gets a chance, i like the boy, hes a keeper for me

Our wage bill has nearly doubled since Lennon left.

    It’s * criminal we’re spending £59m a year in wages.

And yet there seems little or no effort to get rid of the dead wood, players are picking up a wage and contributing * all.

Maybe unfair to single out one player but McGregor has been chronic the past few games and deserves to be dropped to allow someone a chance to show what they can do. He is Brendan’s lovechild and will very rarely find himself out the team.
