I have seen it with my own eyes in Belfast I take regular trips to commemorate * Sunday, Easter Rising and others.

In my experience Irish history seems to be dirty due to the revolt against the British through timelined history - its product comes with anti-Irish racism (which is so predominant in Scotland here) and some even express the censorship of Irish rebel songs, thats fascism at its core which many don't want to admit because they are in denial. Some Scottish nationalists are so deluded that they are for Scottish rebel songs but not Irish, its a cultural reality of how deep politically objective it is to Irishism in form.

After all our Board wanted the censorship and harassment for this 'normalisation' because in our day to day reality we don't live in theirs. Mind you majority of this country voted no because the BBC told them, retardation is literally considered normal in this country.

I hope and am almost 100% sure the board will do nothing.

you are more sure about hoping than you are that the board wont do anything?

If any Scottish club were to commemorate the Easter Rising it would be Hibs, given James Connolly's links with them.

    Highly unlikely though.

    Ok then.

They should not be doing anything.

    Keep their smarmy hands off.

Our board should take the chance to cash in on this event. Imagine how much money we could rake into the club shops selling Easter rising hoodies, track suits and t shirts. All the while the board can wash their hands off it and state down with this sort of thing. £200 for a sod of grass as planted by Michael Davitt and £150 GPO bricks with your name on them, now that's where the money is!:50:

Some good marketing ideas there Packy. We might even get a bigger turn out at the home game, so possibly be a good idea to jack up the ticket price for those who feel they want to make a special journey and celebrate it at CP :smiley-laughing002:
