dont realy want to get it from wickes as its way more than i need but if i did would it be easy to cut it?

probably just as cheap to get a glazier to get you it cut to size. glass will be cheaper.

It did blow up a few years ago mate...but they have another factory in basically the same place....I have used it since it blew up, hence why i recommended it:50:

Just give them your required dimensions, what colour you need etc..they will cut it for you as well at a reasonable price.

BnQ, Wickes etc you wont get it because they are only caterers for basic trade materials......as it is perspex you require you need a specialist for all your requirements.

is it for a single glazed window , where in glasgow are you , go to independant glass in rutherglen or forsyth glazing in brigeton give them your sizes and ask them to cut you a piece of 4mm float glass you probably pay around £10-£15 per square metre , this is what i do , i am a sales manager in a glazing firm .hope this helps , tell me which part of glasgow you are in and i will tell you if there are any firms close to you that would sell to you .

yes, single glazed and i'm in partick. the reason i'm looking for perspex is because i'm not a good DIYer and I'd end up breaking it but you reckon i'd be better off with glass?
