    must admit I do love an Ulster Fry

    Sausages, 2 Beef 1 Pork
    2 Smoked Bacon
    2 Black Pudding
    1 Soda Farl
    1 Potato Farl
    1 Pancake
    2 Eggs
    Mug of Tea

    cant wait for tomorrow morning

    i remember a long time ago a meat part of a sunday breakfast was called ulster fry. it was delicious but never hear of it now.

    Two slices of dry bread and half a cup of water.





    My fry ups consist of:

    *4 slices of crispy bacon
    *4 sausages Link / Square whichever is bought on the day.
    *2 fried eggs
    *2 tattie scones
    *1 black pudding
    *1 portion of chips
    *1 portion of beans
    *1 portion of mushrooms and onions
    *4 slice of fried bread

    You look at that list and think "you fat *..." I weigh 9.6 stone.
