watching hibs v dortmund hibs were leading 1-0 i put it on around 60 minutes now 1-1
edit dortmund just to go 1-2 ahead games over i think for hibs

dortmund playing a kind of like football chess, quite slow and then it speeds up around the opposition box

does any scottish football teams youths, * or professional get tought this method ?

im sure all european leagues are tought how to play this way now

Hibs were so unlucky there, watched most of it, they deserved to get to pens. Good to see a few tricolours in the Hibs end as well.

Makes you wonder how our national team is so * when teams like Hibs can compete at that level. However Dortmund’s fitness started to show after about 30 minutes which was a bit worrying

a seen it was on via ljsports then promtly forgot about it, unti 60mins in

big boy i think no4 looked decent dortmund guy hit him with a shot and it rebounded forward then he ran full length of pitch away from the dortmund team and could have scored, think he just ran out of legs, think he left it to late to pass and dortmund blocked the passing line

how did hibs play in the opening 30 mins was it all 100mph and they couldnt keep up the pace ?

i think basically were being taught a different game from the rest of the world, its moved on so much but not moving forward here except for celtic, weve always had a football first priority

people say the weather isnt good enough to produce that passing probing way of football its too slow for our players they will freeze and get colds and or its we dont look after ourselves very well as a nation eating * and drinking * so the players cant get to the proper health and fitness

but that doesnt seem to stop the scandinavians or icelanders from trying to play football

Celtic meant to be * terrible grass roots wise no effort until they are signed and tied down from 13 onwards and even then they are putting faith in guys who are being political in who they sign up rather than talent am hearing this from a parent who’s boy is in the academy says at that age group dudtd had better facilties . Players expected to make own way to games in Dundee no minibuses or anything

Penny pinching with youth players too meant to have * about with doak and by the time they got serious for him he was poached up by liverpool one of the pluses for him was liverpool said he could have a expenses card for his mom and dad to use to travel up and down to visit him

Hibs actually won the youth development league in Scotland, so they’re a probably as a team the best kids in Scotland. They’re technically good players but their fitness dropped massively after 30 mins, dortmund had French players, Dutch, African players, the list goes on. Money has ruined football even at that level.
