    Johansen and Konradsen played together in Bodø/Glimt, Strømsgodset and for Norway. It'd be great to see both in the hoops as well. They have a great partnership.

    what a stupid comment. 2 players we've had that previously played under him;

    berget, who seems more of a signing that was about making a point that he would be allowed to build his own team, rather than just taking players that JP and PL bring in and on a short term and relatively risk free loan deal

    and johansen, arguably our best player this season and one that has dramtically improved while playing under ronny both at godset and with us

    there are a few players who have played under ronny that i would take in a heartbeat;

    kwarasey - would be an improvement on zaluska as a backup keeper
    omar elabdellaoui – would be a good option at right wing
    konradsen – regardless of how things have gone for him at rennes, he played brilliantly under ronny and for norway and would certainly do well with us

  3. Could have got him for 1m euros too.

    Noted. You do know your Norwegian football, and I follow Scandinavian football but can't say much about them (maybe says more about you) :50:! Impressive! Still think there are hundreds of better options than the ones you are mentioning, and I think we should be looking at others than a back up goalie, maybe a solid defender for starters.

    Milosevic is overrated... He is a decent option, but we can aim much higher than that.

    Jack Harper on loan? Is the Juvinal A team better standard than the SPL I think it's about madrids 3rd team. He will be playing for Castilla shortly and that's were they will tell if he's good enough for the 1st team.

    Weird one, says he is onloan at Genoa from Al Arabi or something, not too sure though. He had a couple of storming seasons for Club Brugge. Very similar to Dries Mertens. We need a player like him.

    i havent claimed to know norwegian football.

    kwarasey was the first choice keeper for ghana at the 2012 nations cup, and one of the key players that helped them finish 4th with some really impressive perfromances. hes got obvious ability and potential and with zaluska likely to leave soon we will need to look to bring in another keeper, it would be silly to think otherwise

    elabdellaoui played in the bundesliga last season, so it wasnt exactly hard to see him play considering the amount of bundesliga coverage there is available on bt sport. hes since joined olympiacos and put in some solid performances in the champions league

    konradsen is a player that a lot of people have known about for a long time without having to have any knowledge of norwegian football

    for someone that 'follows' scandanavian football, you havent seemed to pay much attention

    there are always going to be hundreds of better options than players we are linked with or suggested, but not options that are actually viable. and even elabdellaoui is probably beyond our reach

    i think most people on this forum would also agree that one area we could do with signing for is defensive midfield, and konradsen would fit the bill

    the original point was about signing players who had previously played under ronny, not players who ronny has signed for us. plus in all likelihood it wasnt lenny who signed johansen, it was probably more JP and PL signing him. but ronny did make him the player he is

    I'd have liked him here. I'm sure he said he'd walk to Glasgow to sign for us when he was playing for Trabzonspor.

    Joseph Yobo still a free agent, would take him on trial with a view to a 6-18 month deal. Better option than Ambrose surely.

    titus bramble would be a better option than ambrose
