    was just randomly thinking the other night about when i was younger and my dad used to take me and my sister to the video shop and let us pick one each.

    Used to get dead excited about it, dunno why just loved going in and browsing through them all.

    With netflix and streaming its all but killed off the video shop, cant think if ive seen one in the past few years.

    Anyone else got any wee things like that they miss doing?

    My school mates Mum used to work in Azad Video every Friday night.

    We had some wild parties in her absence. Well as wild as a party can get that had to be done and cleaned up up by 10pm. :giggle1:

    Good call. In my teens I would think nothing of playing from morning to night in the summer holidays.

    Went for a game of fives about 10 years ago and was begging for oxygen after 10 minutes.

    I've never bothered trying again.
