half way through season 3 and it is boring the * off of me . season 2 was better . season 1 was miles better.

This show is not in the same stratesphere as Breaking Bad , Soprano's or Mad Men .

Finished season 2 last night, absolutely superb so far. Thought season 2 was even better than 1.

Sobatka storyline was brilliant, and I am dying to see how the whole avon barksdale/stringer situation pans out.

The thrird and fourth seasons are probably the most popular.

It's such a good show though, too hard to choose a favourite series.

Is the fifth season regarded as the weakest one then? Even if it was half as good as what I have watched already then I'll be happy enough.

Find it bizarre that some people think this show is boring.

I think it's regarded as the weakest, but it's far from disappointing,I loved how they tie it all up.

A lot of people seem to struggle with the first couple of episodes of series 1.

The Sopranos is my favourite, but I would definitely agree that The Wire feels the most realistic out of all of those shows. Acting is superb in it as well, that and Sopranos are on a par for me when it comes to Characters/Actors.

Kenard is the biggest gangster in the whole show.

Loved this show but have been watching it in phases over about 3 years.

Season 2 was great probably my favourite. A lot said it wasn't good.

Just started season 5 after a few weeks break. Really struggling on ep.2 about mid way through can't seem to stay focused. Bit lost I think does it pick up?

Thought Season 1 was really long and struggled to watch it, I thought season 2 and 3 was a lot better and then started to lose interest in the remaining seasons.

  20. The last one I didn't really enjoy, thought the first 4 were much better.
