Is this a trap to get people to admit to sunbeds? Lol

Anyway I use them, don't go mad on them 7 mins a week.

Believe it or not they can be beneficial for your skin, my brothers doctor recommended he went for one a week to help with his exema (spelling?) and it worked a treat.

I too, am a psoriasis sufferer and use them often. Used to get them on the NHS believe it or not. Look better with a tan also, the ladies like it :50:.

I have used them before – they actually really good for your skin if you have some kind of condition.

I used to get those wee red bumps all over the back of my arms. Also prone to a bit of acne in the face and back.

But haven’t used them in a while, all the cancer talk freaks me out.

Never used them. Not through skin cancer fears or anything just never seen the point. Never knew they could be of benefit though for certain skin conditions.

You still do get them but they're not sunbeds. It's UVB beds that burn you on the NHS now, clears up psoriasis sooo well, but you're only allowed something like 20 odd treatments in your lifetime and 1 set of treatments a year. So i'm trying to go like as many years as i can without them just now so they don't run out. Had 2 blocks in total

I would actually recommend using them prior to a holiday in the sun.

Nothing worse (or more dangerous for that matter) than going away to somewhere like Crete, and within the first couple of days being burnt to the bone.

If you have a couple of moderate sunbed sessions before your holiday then you can build up a gradual, subtle tan – which means you won’t be as prone to burning when you arrive at your destination and you’ll also look better in photos.

Nothing worse than looking back on holiday pics to see someone with a bright red face and pasty white arms.

If it wasn’t for the cancer risk, I’d be on them every day :bbpd:
