Sportscene VS Match Of The Day

Just watched botj and why does sportscene get * presenters and a shity studio with the presenters sitting on office chairs and they talk about the game for 2 mins but match of the day have a belter of a set and great detail football reports and all the gadgets to analyse the game why's this is it something to do with the spl and epl or is it the bbc?

 

cause motd attracts double of the amount of viewers sportscene does

 

Because the SPL is * and there is no money?

 

Its cos MOTD is more popular with viewers all over Britain mate. Sportscene is probably only majorly watched by Scottish people. Also look at the difference in the quality of football bud. Quite sad but just wait, the EPL is going to pop soon...

sportscene give the scores before the highlights ( whats that all about) and show us mostly last and for about 3 mins while the first pick on motd get atleast 10

I actually quite like it when they get managers on sportscene, they had Derek McInnes on last night and I thought he did quite well. The managers are usually quite informative and obviously know what they are talking about.

 

The Celtic game could'nt have been on anymore than 3 mins tops , i was on the phone and came off and they were talking about it ,*.

 

motd is also broadcast on all the bbc1 channels where as sportscene is only broadcast on bbc scotland

 

Sportscene has a smaller budget than MOTD. I'd rather watch Sportscene every single time though, and not just for Celtic matches.

 

Sportscene is boring. Really boring. I only watch the Celtic highlight,listen to any analysis that comes with that and then turn over the channel.

I don't particularly fancy any club south of the border but I enjoy watching motd because the TALK more and pick up on key points ect ect.

In comparison sportscene is drab and tbh although the standard here has dropped I still feel our highlights programme should be longer and more analysis given.

Scotsport was better.... But only slightly. Pretty poor for a self proclaimed football nation. No?

 

Also... YouTube has better highlight of our games pmsl that's how * it actually is.

 

I'd rather watch football than listen to pundits talk * and over analyse games tbh.

I do prefer Scottish Football because its your bread n butter and the teams that Celtic challenge every week .Not the greatest of football i may add but cant have it all.

 

I like to hear views and opinions on key moments and not have them shrugged off. We rarely get that here... Love or hate the epl,motd pundits at least give the viewers things to debate.

Also it's a mute point you make because our highlights tend to be score based ie we score 4 we get roughly 3.5 mins of air time * we need to have a 4-4 scoreline and loads of controversy to even get past the 4 min mark and then again hardly anything said about key moments ect...

Might not be your thing to listen to pundits ect but IMO it makes it more engaging.

 

Pat Nevin and his * pen,so so annoying.Why does he always have one?All he does is talk and deviously play around with it.

 

Did you see wgs roll the eyes at him the other day there as if too say stfu man... Sure it was nevin.. Might have been burley? Was on espn. Pretty funny nonetheless

 

Missed it
