    seen it on the news at 6oclock would take him back,but dont see it happening tbh i think the only reason he got sold was to pay for keane for 6months!!!

    Even though i assume were going to be getting some new people in the sqaud in the summer i'd love to see him back as i quite liked him. I dont get peoples criticism he scored goals which is his job and as for the moaning look at keane.

    Fans forgot how good he was for us, cos keane came in at the same time. He might have been 'lazy' and 'fat' but he knew where the goal was and actually has a really good scoring record. Him and Ras would be nice, not going to happen though.

    126 games, 65 goals in all competitions, very good imo for a "fat *" who cost £600,000

    Free up some funds celtic and bring skippy home, he's a goal scorer and that what we're still lacking.
    I think we need to accept that Keane is going back to Spurs in the summer and we need to replace him.

    if middle"celtic"bourough dont make the playoffs hopefully they might have to sell, but i think we would mabye have to pay near 4m if we could to get him back, did he go for 3.5m??

    Wouldn't take him back unless it was for low wages and a freebie and he would be back up for Rasmussen. If Rasmussen is gonna be used as somesort of target man then the guy playing off him has to move or read the game brilliantly or if he is used as a poacher then its gonna have to be a forward that works to create the scraps that Ras could feed off. A McDonald and Ras partnership would be like the Sutton and Hartson partnership when Larsson was out, it wouldn't quite work regardless of how good a finisher both were.
