Scott Brown's passion and commitment to the Celtic cause has been questioned on here many times but I'm glad he proved a lot of people wrong today. His lack of celebration has been thrown up by a lot of people and he put this silly argument to bed with his performance and celebrations today.

I've been a critic of Scott Brown but he was our best player today.

The celebration above topped it off for me, fantastic.

Im pretty sure even his most furious bashers will have to drop the "undercover hun" nonsense now.

I don't know or care who he supported growing up. I think its plain to see he considers himself one of us now.

Does anyone know the actual reason given for his booking? Or did the ref just say that he had done nothing wrong but deserved one just by being on the pitch?

Brilliant display though and showed why he is the captain. Loved his interaction with Lenny at the end and I think he has shown that he is most definitely not a hun these days if ever he was!

What's funny is that the huns are up in arms about it, think his main concern today was winding up D***f. Fact is although he faced D***f, he didn't run after him, shout in his face or anything, he just stood where he was. D***f could have moved if he was unhappy with the celebration, but he just stood there.
Oh, and another example of hun-scummery, the picture in the OP was posted on hunmedia, and now some of them are suggesting Hooper was doing a monkey impression.

wonder what the reason for brown doing that is, is it he doesnt like diouf because he's a fud, or maybe just because he was the closest hun and he doesn't know how to celebrate properly haha

    * ,thats called getting caught in mid flight by a camera,,,

I bet Lennon pulled Brown aside before the game today and told him to dig that * but without over doing it ,,thats one ^^ but how many times was he caught laughing at him ,,,then Walter pulls him off ,,Job done.

Probably something along the lines of unsportsmanlike conduct or that he could have strarted a bit of a rammy.

It was either on here or Kerrydale Street someone posted a link of Van Nistelrooy being booked for the Dutch for the same thing, although wasn't quite a aggressive looking as Broony :84:
