Should samaras start the games even after voh is back from the suspension?

5 goals in 3 starts this season for him.. leading spl scorer.

The answer to that has to be Yes why not ..he knows where the net is and isnt afraid to take on defenders on the ground with his pace which i think is quite fast :50:...got a feeling strachan will go with JVOH & Skippy though :38:

5 goals in 3 starts, can't argue with that, looked good in all the games he's played so far too.

I think he should be giving a run in the team, I reckon he'd do well for us, if he doesn't cut it, back to the bench.

Samaras does deserve a sustained run in the first team, however unless he can learn to work alongside Scott McDonald, it is going to be difficult.

Even today against motherwell the link up was quite poor, only once did they link and that was for the 4th goal. At least 3 times Samaras had the chance to put McDonald through and refused to do it.

Hope they can work it out, bedause samaras is looking good.

Think he should definitely be given an extended run in the team.

Well with a goal-scoring record like that, he should be rewarded with some more starts, he's not done much wrong even though he always appears clumsy on the ball to me... but I think he gives our attack another dimension

Dunno Im still on the fence

He seems to do something brilliant one minute then look like a big doughball the next.

Cant argue with 5 goals in 3 games tho and for that reason he must start on Wed, regardless of who is fit.

U have to pick form players.

He can be as clumsy as he likes, as greedy as he likes as long as he keeps scoring he should be in the team every game.
We should not act like rancid do with their top scorer.

I honestly think Samaris could finish with more goals than Mc Donald & JVOH

great goals today, you cant argue with his end product!

Also, i understand why people think he looks clumsy on the ball, but i think that has more to do with his gangly frame than any lack of skill, technique or deftness of touch on the ball. I wouldnt worry bout him seeming clumsy.

The two that started today should be first choice just now.

Would be hard to drop him now due to his current form, if he is getting us the goals then i would keep him as first choice.

No question he is in top form right now and must start Wednesday against Aalborg. I felt last season when he was on loan that he would be a good siging if we got him permanently and that has proved to be the case. At the very least we have now 3 strikers who all have shown they can score on a regular basis and all of whom have a strong claim to start which can only be good for us.

he should get a start as he certainly deserves it. what a game he had today but he also has played well in most this season and even in pre-season he had a good time.
