He's known this has been coming for years. I think that's a big part of him trying to discredit the "main stream" media for quite a while. He's got his cult like followers who will defend him through this and he can continue to live off them.

If he's found guilty and with the evidence against him he deserves to go to jail for a long time....no issues with that at all.

And no im not a so called cult follower.... I dont even listen to his political angle at all or his Social Media posts....but what happened to innocent until proven guilty?

 

The overall issue is that he is now pretty much untouchable. He makes his money off YouTube followers, who he is basically a conspiracy cult leader and he makes a * ton. C4, MTV, BBC, Endemol, the comedy industry and plenty of movie production companies ignored him, allowed him to go further up the ladder to where he is now. Had they pulled the plug on him 10-15 years ago, it could be different.

 

As i say i dont know much about him....but Why Now? Why has all this just came to light many years after he apparently did all those things?

Again if hes proven guilty then * him......But as we all know News stories like this aint always true,far from it.

Pretty sure i read a story this week also about a Rapist that was just proven innocent after spending around 20 years in prison.

I * hate the thought the possibility of people going to prison and being shamed for life over a lie that can be made up by a few.

Like that * * in Greece that stated she was gang raped and found out it was all bullshit all along

On the basis of your post i assume you think Jimmy Saville was innocent?

 

This wasn't just one woman, there were several.
Why didn't come out earlier? Well one said she was threatened by his legal team, others had said they feared for their jobs. Also I don't think it's easy for women to speak about sexual assault. They try and put it at the back of their mind, try and cope rather than opening wounds and deal with the trauma.

Very few are found guilty for rape, even charged because it's very difficult to prove. Because of this people often don't go to the police.

 

Will give the documentary a watch later, it’s seems such a sticky subject now because actual victims go through absolute * and a lot of the times it ends in bullshit sentences or not guilty’s.

Though as well you don’t need to look far back like Benjamin Mendy’s cases which all seemingly turned out to be false accusations, * scary times.

 

That is a wrong way of looking at a court verdict.

They weren't false accusations. They just couldn't be proven beyond all reasonable doubt.

It's extremely hard to prove rape and sexual assaults.

 

Having watched the programme....imo he is a scummy predator.No doubt more women will come forward.

When he made his breakthrough in the early 2000s it was known that he was a massive junkie and hanging around with the wrong crowd, he got clean (apparently) and made a good career for himself but honestly are people surprised by these allegations?

 

The interview with Saville, the things he "said to woman " that also he also said on his stand up , maybe I'm naive but I doubt woman from different countries would watch his stand up and say " yeah we can say he said that to us " the white pants prancing about as seen on various clips and he even done it to the guest, the guy is a fruitcake.
