How does everyone think this will go. I'm expecting a close game but I'll go for 2-1 to Portugal...

My heart says Germany, but it seems they have struggled lately and don't look to be favorites this time round. If I had to be honest I'd say Portugal. However since I've been learning to speak German for the past five years I'm going to be supporting Germany today. Unfortunately I have to work and will miss this one. Should be interesting to see the final result later.

If Germany persist with Gomez and stick Podolski on the left then I don't think they'll stand a chance, if they don't then I can see it going all the way to pens.

Both managers have said they will go out and attack, it looks like it'll be a great game...

Portugal: Ricardo, Pepe, Ferreira, Carvalho, Bosingwa, Simao, Petit, Moutinho, Deco, Ronaldo, Nuno Gomes. Subs to follow.

Germany: Lehmann, Metzelder, Mertesacker, Lahm, Friedrich, Schweinsteiger, Rolfes, Hitzlsperger, Ballack, Podolski, Klose

Looks like the Germans have finally decided to put Podolski up front where he should be

Credit to the German coach he made a lot of changes to his midfield and what a performance he got. Good game to watch too as a neutral.
