Played the whole of the second half today. Looked slightly sluggish, wants a bit too much time on the ball. In saying that, he played a couple of very nice passes.

    Think he'll do fine.

Time will tell if he can adequately replace Vic, need to see how he does when he starts playing in Europe for us.

Wasnt Anything special today....Wouldn't really be interested in playing him in the CL this season....could be very risky plus Brown, Ledley and Mulgrew can do a better job in there....he needs a season or so playing domestically IMO

I thought he was pretty awful to be honest. Mulgrew moving out of midfield and Biton getting on was pretty much what * the second half for us.

However it was his first game in a new league and he's a young guy, he was nervy today. When he settles in I reckon we'll see a player.

Agreed he looked awkward in possession and cumbersome the entire time he was on the pitch

Wouldn't make judgements just yet. I remember seeing Wanyama for the first time and thinking he wasn't ready for the first team yet. Give the lad time to settle in.

He's got good feet, calm under pressure, good passer. I like the cut of his jib.

it does take time and I hope he turns out to be a phenomenal signing, but when Charlie was moved out of midfield we didn't look so good

  13. Obviously needs to get used to the teammates, and our playing style. That'll only happen with more games, though.

He should definitely start on Tuesday, looked very casual today but he'll need a bit of time.

He didnt look out his depth when he came on in the San Siro .
Give the young lad time as I think he has a lot of potential .

He was on for about 3 minutes though.

I'm not writing him off, I'm just saying he'll need time to settle in.

Personally, I thought he let nerves get to him today. His passing was slack and his touch was poor.

Having said that, im not gonna judge him on this performance. He needs time to settle. Im sure he'll come good in time.

Far too early too judge him. Will take him a while to adjust to the pace of the game here, you could see he was taking a little too long on the ball at times but he will get used to that.

Looked to throw himself into tackles which is good and also shower a couple of excellent touches and passes amidst some slack ones. He defo has the potential to be a player.
