any musicians on here,i play a few instruments, would be great if we could arrange a day out for members on here in a pub and have a mighty session.

Me. But I'm quite far away. Also depends on the music. Although I'm still quite far away. Which pub wouldn't really matter. Because I'm still quite far away.

I've been playing the guitar for quite a few years now.
Studied music at school and achieved top grades.
Can also play bass, snare, fiddle and a small amount of piano.
I'd be up for a jamming session with other members but would need to know well in advance as I've organised these things before and they take a bit of work.

I actually thought about starting a thread like this a while back but didn't bother....because I'm quite a long way away. :)icon_mrgreen:)

Would be right up my street though - I played in folk bands for years, mainly accompaniment but I know a fair few songs too, both Scots and Irish. I can feel the envy here...in a healthy non-jealous way of course.

Go for it. I think it's a great idea. Onionless or not.

If we had an onion on stage we'd have to play sad songs because we'd all have tears in our eyes.

If you really want this to happen then I suggest sending private messages to people on the site who you know are musicians and who live within travelling distance to the jam location.

Well I'd be up for one in Glasgow.
I'll try and come up with some dates when I'd be available.
