We’re all desperate for a bit of extra Derby chat. This seems to be the one big debate for the starting 11 on Sunday, who do you want to start?

It’s Mooy for me. Matt’s been playing really well since coming into the side and probably brings more off the ball aggression. Mooy, on the other hand, was probably the best player in the league for a number of weeks before he got that injury. If he’s fit and ready to go, which I assume he is since he’s trained since Wednesday, it’s him for me.

Some of the stats guys on Twitter say O'Riley cos he ticks a couple of boxes on the spreadsheet but I say Mooy.

O'Riley for me. Mooy missed last game with injury, think he could have a big impact off the bench. O'Riley has also started to look a little better in his last two or three appearances, and even though he isn't the fastest, still provides a bit more energy.

I'd be happy with either starting to be honest, as long as it's not Turnbull.

Can't really justify it but my gut says O'Riley. He's been outstanding against the huns in the past.

If he's fully fit Mooy has been in great form recently so he gets the nod, wouldn't really complain if O'Riley did start though. I'm so happy with the depth of squad we have these days, that we can switch so many players in and out without losing much of anything, compared to some previous squads that had a very obvious strongest starting 11 but a pretty big drop in quality to the bench in most positions.

If 100% fit then it has to be Mooy. He has been fantastic since the WC. They’ll man mark Mcgregor and Mooy has the ability and experience to drop a bit deeper and take the ball. O’Riley from the bench around 70 mins is a good option.

I think mooy But wouldn't be surprised if it's O'Riley ...or maybe Ange will shock us all and play iwata sitting and allow McGregor to move forward.

I’d be starting O’Riley. He’s ready to kick on after his goal and assists last couple of weeks.

O'Riley for me too. He has more energy and does a good defensive shift too.
And he usually plays well against the Huns. I don't want Turnbull anywhere near this game.

It's a tough one. Mooy has been in great form consistently for a while now. It's hard to argue against him deserving to start.

My case for O'Riley would be based on him being a bit more mobile and better at pressing high up the pitch. We'll obviously want a fast start and to be able to put pressure on their backline/midfield, which O'Riley is quite good at.

Also, whoever starts, one is likely to replace the other at some point. So Mooy coming on to help see out the game or potentially take one of the penalties is another consideration.

Probably Mooy. O'Riley has been very good against the huns previously though. I'd be happy either way but Mooy just edges it because of his better form in recent months, even though O'Riley is starting to look a bit more like his usual self.

Mooys on fire right now, won't get bullied by the boot boys in their midfield.

O'Riley based on Mooy recovering from an injury and Matt looking back on form.

Wouldn't be disappointed if it's Mooy though :39:

Whoever starts is gonna get kicked off the park by Lundstrum and the neckbeard with the serial killer haircut.

I voted Mooy, but starting to think Matt.

I think he's choking to impress and is far more likely to cause them problems with his movement.

Either way, whoever starts will bring useful attributes, as will the one who comes on later.

Mooy for me. He just brings experience, it’s something MOR will eventually have but this is a final. I thought at the * pit O’Riley lost control of that game through some loose passing and as soon as Mooy came on he brought us back into the game by controlling the ball more.

Aye bottom line is i trust both, and each bring their own unique qualities.

It's kind of a toss up for me between Matt's engine and defensive work versus Mooy's calmness in possession.

Will be happy enough either way come Sunday afternoon.

Been swaying towards O'Riley the past week but really thinking about it, before getting that niggle Mooy was the form player in the whole league. If he can bring that to the table it's a no brainer, and I think it's worth going for.
