    McGregor/Cerrone January 18th at Welter.

What a tough fight to take at 170.

Masvidal next would be my guess, can’t see any other reason.

Great fight, at 170 as well makes it more interesting.

    Meh.

Wanted to see him fight Gaethje at 155.

    Lining up Masvidal/McGregor then.

I honestly think Masvidal ends him, he is the epitome of a bad man.

I think that would be an incredible fight, if both turn up at their best. Folk forget how good McGregor's stand up is because his grappling is * poor. Would be as high a level striking match as you'll get in MMA just now. At 155 I'd make McGregor favourite, at 170 I think he'd seriously struggle.

Cerrone/McGregor will be similar right enough. Cerrone was on his own run until the Ferguson shambles.

Being outgrappled by Khabib and Nate doesn't make your grappling * poor. He's a good solid grappler.

Agree on the 155/170 aspect for Masvidal fight. Can't see Jorge dropping back to 155 though.

That’s the point though, in a division of elite grapplers he’s definitely * poor IMO.

He has literally no chance on the deck against a Khabib or a Diaz.

But they are outliers and probably 2 of the top 10 mma grapplers ever in the UFC. Watching breakdowns by Luke Thomas on the grappling exchanges sheds more light on it and you see that McGregor actually knows exactly what he's doing on the ground. These guys are just the elite of the elite on the deck.

Overeem 4-0 up on all cards (I had it 2-2 personally) and gets absolutely merked with 4 seconds left in Round 5. He's become a parody of himself. Big win for Rozenstruik.

I’m convinced Tito is some sort of character like Borat.
