Very weird this no distress signal sent from the captain and no signs of it crashing into the sea as of yet, a guy on Sky News this morning was talking about the possibility of a terrorist attack possibly blowing the plane up making it impossible for the captain to give any warnings of trouble

It really can't be nice for the families waiting for news which at this stage you would have to think would be bad news instead of good

This is a very weird case, It was a new plane with dozens of transponders and messaging systems that would have sent out an alert the moment something was wrong, instead it appears that the plane just vanished in thin air, from what we know its likely that something caused a total instant power failure to the whole plane including the emergency backup, or maybe it was hijacked and the transponders and radio were all turned off, there are already strange bits of news coming out like the fact that 2 men, an Austrian and Italian were supposed to be on that plane and boarded but in fact were found in Europe alive and said their Passports were Stolen a while ago.

If it was the uighurs they are in for a whole world of pain because as much as I hate communist China they do not * around with terrorists.

Are you talking about the knife attacks ? You could be right but I think it is a bit of a stretch to try and link the two incidents tbh.

Its not too far off really. It was headed towards Beijing. It could have been a hijacking done by Uighur Islamists. If the passengers and crew revolted against the hijackers it could have gone into the ocean.

I hope thats not what happened. But it wouldnt surprise me.

It could have been or it could have just been some sort of technical failure, I just think with the lack of any evidence to suggest a link apart from the fact both things happened in Asia you can't really suggest any tangible link between the two.

Im kind of surprised no friends or relatives have made mention of any calls or texts they were involved with, with passengers, as people can now use their mobiles on planes.

it's strange that no debris has been found floating about yet, usually stuff gets washed up to shore lines etc as well. Surely the plane didn't just hit the water and sink without a trace, you'd think it break up.

I wasn't aware that you could get a mobile reception at 30,000 feet above the South China Sea...
