Making subs

Why does Lennon wait till 15mins left to make a change when you could see Hooper never kicked his * in the 2nd half and we conceded on 68 minutes?

This infuriates me.

 

Happens in every game, it's infuriating.

MON was exactly the same. Pretty sure Lenny just mimics him in regards to subs.

 

I've noticed this trend also. It's infuriating indeed.

MON is a legend in a Managerial sense, Lenny is a novice. No comparison.

 

MON done the same. Needs to be done at 60 min when ur chasing the game, and on top. Has to be remedied.

 

MON knew what he was doing though.

His record all through his managment career suggests this.

Who you gonna bring in with the knowledge and experience to see this through??? O'Neil, Mourihno, guardioula?!!! Dream on who wants to manage in the SPL??! One thing to talk the talk another to walk the walk!! Give lenny time and he will learn and succeed he aint as bad as fat sally!! As lenny says people have to have a good look in the mirror!!!

Blamming it on lenny cause he is a rookie is shocking! O'neil and strachan had far more experience yet we wil blame lenny cause he is a rookie!
Get the * pokers out your * we are dealing on the breadline theses days and lenny is doing a * fine job in the circumstances but if any of you have a better idea pull the poker out your * and show who can do better within the budget!!!! Oh wait no! How about you cut out the bullshit and get behind our manager!!!

 

when did I blame lennon for being a rookie. I am blamming all 3. I don't get their subbing philosophy.

 

Yeah what im saying is tar lenny with the same brush because what he is a rookie and is trying make his own decisions in a game where other managers have also chosen that moment to do a sub! But look at the bigger picture lenny would be gettin all the stick under the sun if he put a sub say bangura on too early and he got injured for sunday what would you all be calling him then????

 

Rookie or no rookie, he needs to get the poker out not the rest of us. No rocket science needed. 3 reasons to make subs: 1) go for the win, 2) we have the feckin huns in 2 1/2 days and nobody got any rest.
If it's not a rookie mistake it's stupidity. Take your pick.

 

As i say EXPLAIN to me who is the better man for the job and will work with the wage struture in place and also who is passionate to win!!! Go for the win away from home when were 1 down inside 3 minutes with our record and risk an injury for sunday?? Your a *!! I bet that there will be at least 3 players changed for the hun game not a lot but what you expect these players to pick up £25000 a week for one game?? these guys have to earn it and the old fime is the place to make a name!

 

I was complaining about the lack of fresh legs at 1 nil down with Hooper so out of sorts but I think Lennon perhaps looked at the bench and realised there was nobody worth bringing on.

 

im glad others feel the same i hounestly feel that we would of won in sion (well drew but would of won the tie) if we had made our subs earlier but instead he waited till it was too late and after ki's * up. In any manager people will complain about things i feel like Lenny doesnt get credit for alot of things and most of his tactics he gets right and when he doesnt i atleast understand why he chose who he chose and why he set out the team in that formation. The late subs though i dont get at all paddy has it the worst. He will come on with 7 minutes left in a game instatly become our most dangerous player. He will create a great chance for someone that they will * up or put a shot just wide. If he doesnt score a wonder goal however he just goes back to the bench. It is not wise and not fair to ask players to change a game when their is hardly anytime left

 

To be fair he needs to make subs earlier and get some fresh legs on there and give the players time to change the game when some new energy and vision gets on the pitch.
