    He rejected spurs PAYP deal so I doubt we could get him on one.

    I forgot about Larsson but Carew is earning too much and is Gera going to get any games on the wings with Forrest, Commons, Brown, Maloney, McCourt?

    Forrest not quite 1st team player yet,Maloney hopefully sold soon,McCourt not 1st team player.Lenny still looking for winger/att mid if Mcfadden and Lior Rafaelov are being linked.

    Id rather play Forrest and give him some experience than play Gera. Gera isnt that much better than McCourt. I feel that he would look for a big wage that he couldnt justify.

    I would take Tamir Cohen definately, Benjani * no. He has had one spell in his career where he looked good and got an overpriced move, he has been overated since then.

    I would rate Samaras better than him.

    Thomas Cruise from Arsenal might not be a bad back up to Emilio. Watched him against Olympiakos when he was 18 and he did well. Still only 20.

    James McFadden if the wages are right.

    Ian Turner from Everton could be a good back up goalie if Zaluska goes.

    Patrick Viera ? If we can get him on decent wages he could be a cracking role model for our young team. Man City players always go on about him. Still looks a half decent player too.

    Owen Hargraeves if he can prove his fitness.

    Eidur Gudjohnsen

    Dean Kiely as back up keeper.
