LENNON OUT OF HIS DEPTH ??

i know its only 1 game in and a bit rash but i think lennon is out of his depth. i wanted a more experienced man in charge as this aint a season to experiment. if he really needs an older head to help him then should he have got the job in the 1st place??

zaluska proved last year he aint a good goalie(st mirren, ross county !!). we sell boruc and we dont replace. we needed 2 left backs in the summer and he signs mulgrew who is the worst left back in the country. everywhere he has been he hasnt made it including aberdeen where he wasnt liked by the fans. we need a centre half badly. lennon even tells us that. he goes after campbell and waits till after our 1st qualifier on him to give an answer?? wheres the sence in that? thats too late! he signs cha du ri and juarez but none of them trained with the team. du ri one day in america then back to s korea and juarez the same. both meet with the team on the plane to portugal and still both start despite not knowing anything about the rest of the team.

all in all we go into our 1st big test of the season with the same centre halfs who have cost us dearly all last season, a left back who shoudnt be anywhere near our squad, a goalie who is back up at best, a right back and midfielder who dont know anything about the team mates they are playing with, ledley who lennon cant decide if hes a left mid or a centre mid, scott brown who is lennons lap dog and prob the worst player in the team, ki who just seems to walk about not doing a lot and a couple of new signing that cant get in the team infront of samaras. then our great substitution was to bring on forrest?? we have had all summer to prepare for this game and cant believe thats the team and squad we have went into that game with. add insult to injury mcgeady and hinkel cant make the squad.

neil lennon i hope ur a quick learner or this is gonna be a long long season.....

He wasnt ready for a job like this the board have * up once again , but i will give him time but if we fail to win the league this season he has to go ,

 

I wanted someone more experienced too, but Lennon is the manager now so I'm backing him and hoping he proves that he's more than capable.

 

I know what your saying but most of them weren't match fit or weren't playing. I expect more to come in like a new keeper, hopefully LB and maybe a CB and CF if Aiden is sold. WGS had a worse result in his first game so here's hoping this was a one off.

 

why were they not match fit then?? it was braga 1st game too. im hoping as much as u but there was just so many mistakes in the whole build up and in the game. i thought the lennon mjalby and thommo looked clueless on the side of the park. after 7 signing we bring on forrest for juarez?? is that all we have???

 

I agree Juarez shouldn't have started. We probably should have played most if not all the team to play against Braga in the friendly games. Ledley had hardly played either as well as Cha Du Ri.

 

strachans first game was bratislava remember and he was good, it takes a little time for a new team to gel so i wouldnt worry yet mate

 

This is just silly, judging him on 1 game!!!

 

yeah i hope so but this all just stinks of inexperience. thats what worries me more than anything.

 

Give the new signings a chance. If we judged Henke by his first game, he wouldn't have become a great for us.

 

Get a life. how can anyone be judged so quickly. Neil Lennon deserves our support and we should not begin to judge him until the end of the season. He is attempting to build a new team and I think that many of the new players will bring success. It will take a little time, some of the players will hardly even know who their teammates are yet. Get behind our team.

 

Not even 1 SPL game played yet.. Seriously get a life. Hope this thread gets closed.
