Don't really know anything about him, do you think he could replace the holy goalie?

Believe me Westwood is good...He could replace the Holy Goalie when he settles in....Hes going to replace Given in the national team and after watching him when given was out and Westwood was getting runs out for Ireland I can say that he will be a top class goalie (in time..he is still only a wee boy)

He's one of the best young keepers out there in the UK.

    I concur.

Kieren Westwood would be ideal for us. I really really hope this happens for us. It would restore my faith in the direction we are going.

thats fairly young for a goalkeeper tbh, they dont usually peak till 30+, obviously with exceptions tho

Mate Milner won young player of the year at 24. I personally dont think 25 is young for a outfield player but for a keeper it is your very lucky if you get a very good keeper at 25.

I mean you get the Buffons and Casillas's of this world that were brilliant straight out the womb but its very rare. I think 25 is a great age as his best years are infront of him.

Yes..I was hoping this one didnt die, phenomenal keeper, set to be Ireland's future keeper when Given hangs up his gloves. Westwood is the kind of keeper I can see staying at Celtic for a long time and consistency is always needed at keeper.
