    Hi Guys

Just back from the Barca ticket office (gate 9 at the nou camp). There are selling tickets to the general public, but only to those that have a non UK or Irish passport.

I managed to get one because my wife is Chinese, so she was allowed to buy two. We went down and joined queue at 10am this morning and got tickets about 11:30. But a lot of the guys in the queue with only UK or Irish passports got turned away when they got near the front of the queue.

However a lot of these guys managed to get tickets in the end as there was a lot of other nationalities (Japs, Spanish etc) buying their maximum tickets allowance (two per passport) then selling on to the UK/Irish. A lot of these other nationalities were genuine fans/tourists themselves so sold onto the UK/Irish at face value. A lot of non UK/Irish c**ts though as well, buying tickets then trying to sell them onto celtic fans at double face value sometimes.

Prices are steep even without touts though. We were 94 euros each for behind the goal 2nd tier.

My advice would be try to go down the nou camp and get a ticket from a foreigner to buy a ticket as close to face value as possible. Try to resist paying to the touts, closer to kick off there will be much lower prices. Me and my Dad in Barca 2004, didn't have tickets until 30 minutes before kickoff and managed to get pretty close to face value (90 euros each in the end can't remember what face value was. But day before the game tickets were going for 150-200 euros).
