Would have liked to see him get 60 mins. Was comparable to Maeda and O'Riley in terms of performance at the point were he came off. Great to see.

  2. The man that keeps proving everyone wrong. Pleased to see him get time and perform well, set a standard for the young lads to beat.

He was unlucky. Rodgers said he had a plan for 10 men, he essentially went 4 3 2 and that would always mean Jamesy being sacrificed.

Happy with him in and around the squad. A winner, sets standards and Scottish.

His experience really shows, there was one where I was watching him and he was in or near the box and he had already read the movement around him and already knew exactly where he was going to play it before the pass to him was even made and he did so first time to create a good chance. It was Hatate-esque.

The ball to Johnston when Yang came close?

    Clocked that too, was smooth.

Was very good when he came on, happy to have him in the squad putting in shifts like that off the bench 100%. Was very threatening for us after we conceded and began to look a bit dull

Still a good option to have is Jamesy, you canny buy his experience and he is a clever cookie bringing people into the game.

He has been a great player for us, but there is no reason he should have ever been subbed on in a European match

He’s done and has been for ages.

No doubt our first sub when it’s 0-0 after 55 minutes on Wednesday though

He should have been away at the end of last season I think everyone would agree but nope he's now our go to off the bench due to a * shambles in the boardroom ... Again
