    If our best players and only chance of progression in europe/ domestically then we need to make sure they are sold for amounts that compensate us.

    Mcgeady was a full internationalist who showed what he can do in europe and consistenly in the league for years, Forrest has had about 6 months of experience thats it, fair enough hes had a couple of caps but not a regular.

    We would be lucky to get half that. Yes the guy is class but this is Scottish football.

    If he goes, or sorry.....when he goes as he will. We just need to make sure we get a clause in the contract around getting a % of his next sale.

    Not yet. If he keeps progressing at the same rate he has been then in a few years we'll get more for him than Aidinho I reckon. I think he's a better prospect.

    I agree that Forrest is not a 10 million pound player however he has shown consistency and has more than 6 months of being a first team player. He made his debut coming up for 2 years ago now. But let's be honest, in our leaugue who is gonna pay 10 million for a 20 year old ?

    I don't agree with McGeady comparisons just yet BUT Forrest is a full Scotland international. He has played pretty well in Europa as well. We may see him up against Italy's best current team soon enough.

    Why, take a look about mate the SPL is a failing league, has been since late 90's. The money is going out the game.

    He has intrest from down south - hes going. If not February then defo in the summer.

    We cannot continue to keep big names - there is no attraction.

    . No harm but people lik you bore me and im just sick of it whats the point of going anymore. Sell all our players .. Weve no money - we are finished same retoric p. Lawell gets paid upwards of 700000 thousand to spout. Fans are sick of hearing it . Why even bother with people like you around . Forrest is a great young talent and im proud of him and he will go for upwards of 7 million . We will go around with you depressing attitude cant even speculate about a Players future. If we exaggerate so whAt we are allowed to we are fans . I doubt if people like ypu are even fans . Why do you follow celtic if all you want to do is moan . Ok lets all look forward no great nigjts in europe semi pro football empty celtic parks .

    No offense dude, but another completely pointless thread. How you can try and slap a 10 million pound price tag an on inconsistant 20 year old playing his second full season in the SPL is complete madness.

    Never been tested on the big stage, and is hit and miss in the SPL. Complete nonsense

    He's been pretty consistant this season tbf.

    If we sold him in the next couple of windows don't think wed gt 10 million, couple years down the line if he keeps improving you never know.

    Anyone know his scoring record compared to aiden btw?
