Not being funny, but what did you do when someone was allegedly shouting about "Irish *"?

very tight poll, looks like Lennon is losing the crowd or maybe it's just the anger after today's game clouding peoples opinion.

I believe he has the most secure job despite his contract of any top manager in professional football.

I don't by that football management is that difficult at all. I get the lack of respect from the players. At least initially that would be the case. It isn't rocket science though.

Even more secure than Alan Pardew's 8 year contract?

Didn't happen last year and no reason to assume it will happen this year. Lenny will pick teams to go for the 'unbeaten' statistic, so will probably pick form the experienced players. Am now of belief that with the close vote in this thread, the recent trouble at Tyncastle, I think he will leave at end of the season and 'unbeaten' would be a great way to sign off.

Great looking back retrospectively and making these calls. How many people in the pre match thread moaned about Matthew starting?

No other team in world football would accept their manager to lose out on 6 out of 8 cups. Especially not when facing teams that are much worse then your own. I really love lenny and his passion, but i think that Celtic deserve so much more.

No you didn't misread it. When he is on his game Izzy is brilliant but he, i believe, is not doing it often enough.
He may be having his best season with us but considering the fact we are now out of both cups that we should be strolling, that doesn't say much. It was and is a foregone conclusion that we would win the league.
Lennon should , as of right now, since we are out of the cups, be blooding more of the younger players, giving them a chance. The more games under their belt the better for next season.
I suspect that Lawwell won't invest much in summer transfer window so we need a team that are willing to try and based on the cup games we need to do it asap. * help us if the team go into the CL qualifiers playing like they did today.

I can't see Lenny chucking it or the club removing him, as someone stated earlier in the thread, we would really need to * up in the league before any action was taken but it is getting frustrating with some of his dodgy team selections in big games.

What would you like to know?

Plenty of people with no experience of being football managers have gone straight into the job and done great.

I'm not saying Lennon should go btw, not at all. I think all things considered he does a good job for us although his performances in the cup have been poor.

I still think it would take a special kind of * to not win the league with this Celtic team.

Let's face it, today was the result of the naivity and lack of effort from the players.

Celtic's XI against that Aberdeen XI should have won quite comfortably.

The players are responsible not Lennon.

His 1st season was his best season. He has improved vastly on last season but has never regained the magic he had in his 1st season.

Matthews may have been deemed fit but he would not have been match fit to start in the biggest game in the rest of our season, darnell hasnt put a foot wrong since he's played and id have rathered him than a no rusty matthews. Relevant or not the decisions to start them was wrong and the majority would agree going by the match thread, granted we arent qualified managers.

Barca have lost 13 of the last 16 Spanish Cups.
