Hooper - we need a goalscorer, we'd manage without McGeady.

Both will be on EPL wages and I don't think they'd represent value. McGeady at 29, hasn't added goals to his game. Would re-consider if they came in with sensible wage demands, but wouldn't break our current wage structure for either.

Hooper but only because we need a striker more urgently

Yes. Paddy is definitely what we need right now.

I'd rather go for McGeady, despite Hooper being younger and being more likely to have a re-sell value in the future.

McGeady, in my opinion, is a superior quality of player and would be a great asset in Europe. Especially against teams when we'd have less possession and where we needed someone to run with the ball to take the pressure off defence. His creativity can't be dismissed either.

    Hooper.

I think a striker is more essential atm.

Aiden. Came through our youth system, bagged us nearly 10 million and told us when he left he will always want to come back.

    Bring him home.

    Hooper.

McGeady is a quality player but hooper would add far more to the output of the team with his goals.

Wages could be used for more urgent needs rather than signing back McGeady.

Would have them both in an ideal world.

Hooper would be the best fit for our priorities.

Agree with you there. Done Celtic a turn by signing a long-term contract and guaranteeing Celtic top dollar when Spartak came calling.
