    8hours I would say is average. Though I've done less a lot. Not done more too often though.
    Last night was 5 and a half hours. Tonight is looking to be the same. Maybe 6 hours.

    6 hours it would seem. Snoozed the alarm a bit. But not enough.
    Will power through the day. Provably have a late night tonight and get 9 hours with a long lie tomorrow - day off.

    I get to sleep between 12 and 1 normally, alarm goes at 10 past 7 so between 6 and 7 hours.

    I sleep about 6 hours interesting that most people that responded are under the mythical 8 hours, which I dont believe many people get, I have suffered insomnia in the past and I have got about 2 hours, it comes and goes.

    Depends if the missus is in the mood. If she's not, about 6 hours. If she is, about 5 hours 50 seconds.

    7 hours is usually the ideal number for me, but it can be as little as 6 on occasion.

    6 or 7, but I wake up 4 or 5 times a night. Very restless. Led to believe this isn't normal but it's been like this for me for years.

    About 6 tops that's plenty for me, if I aint doing much at the weekend I will switch the alarm off although I still usually wake at the normal time. Anyway plenty of time for sleep when I'm dead :54:

    I really have a problem with sleep, I am currently having dreams that I am lying in bed unable to sleep, when the alarm goes off I don't know if I've been asleep or not
