    The 2nd round only had 12 ties, I assume (for whatever reason) that Celtic, the huns and Hearts got a bye but that'll still only leave 15 teams in the next round. Am I missing something?

    I don't know why they won't have a British cup. The EPL clubs don't really give a toss about their League Cup (unless they're in the final).

    The winner of the Scottish Cup should play the winners of the FA Cup. Play it over two legs at the start of the season. That would be quality.

    True but it could be a kind of British Super Cup. The cup winners, runners up and top 4/5 in the leagues. They could always give it a try.

    At the end of the day all we want to see is Arsenal, Man U, Chelsea, Liverpool, Celtic and Rangers in a tournament.

    british cup would be great, although do u see chelsea sendin decent players mid-week to inverness? the big teams would still put out their reserves
