[Help] Help getting new phone line and broadband?

Alright mhen,

I have twice in the past 2 weeks tried to order bt broadband online but they havent delivered both occasions and the people that phone me cannot even understand me nor can i understand them, (indian call centre)
I dont want to wait another week for broadband so want to find another service provider. Im at a new address with phone sockets installed but no phone line active.

Any ideas on good providers who will set up free of charge, dont want to pay 120quid to BT. Also i dont need a house phone just want broadband for my laptop and ps3.

i think most of them you need to have a bt line unless you get a mobile dongle but dont think they work well with the ps3

How do i go about getting the free setup? Do i not need a bt line to be with sky?

M8 phone sky and tell them u want their broadband and phone service but havn't got a phone line and tell them bt want money to install the phoneline....So ask sky will they pay for the bt line to be put in...thats what i done if they say no hang up and try again and tell them they done it for some1 you no.
