Before i start slating him, i thought he made a few good stops tonight.

However he is an absolute disaster of a goalkeeper in my opinion, I don't know why he plays ahead of Zaluska, i know Zaluska isn't the best goalkeeper we've ever had, but he is without a doubt a better goalkeerper than Forster.

Fraser despite being 6foot 7 cannot come for a cross for whatever reason. And on the rare occasion that he does, he punches as opposed to catching it and starting an attack from the back.

Tonight's incident was his fault imo, he just sat and watched it go past him as if it was impossible to reach, he could have easily stuck a foot out, and he could easily have attempted to try and get back to get the ball. that was rolling at a snails pace.

I am not convinced with him, and i think we just took the cheap, easy option by signing him.,

    Zaluska should play!

Few good saves in the 2nd half but isn't good enough - neither is Zaluska though if we're being brutally honest. We be fooked.

Made up for the * moment in the second half, kept us in the game. But not good enough imo.

I agree Petrov he is a decent shot stopper but cannpt control his area and defence. No joke i would have Doherty at Derry City ahead of him.

he's * always has been and by the looks of it always will be. Wasn't a fan of him last year either the "clean sheet record" flattered him. In fact it wasn't a mere flattering it is a total contradiction to when you see him play. :50:

Zaluska is not brilliant either but I'd have him in the team before Calamity Lurch every week. Though I'd rather have a new keeper or, * willing, Boruc back :56:

Edit: I realise he made a couple of good saves tonight... a good save doesn't make up for the blunders elsewhere in his game though imo. The one good attribute he has is reaction saves and for a Celtic keeper that can't be your number one attribute.

if he just played to his strength of never leaving his line he would have stopped the own goal tonight. He made some good stops in the 2nd half but we cannot permenantly sign this guy. We need a keeper who commands the area and comes for crosses. It gives the defence confidence having a take charge keeper

Such a "confidence" keeper. Or should that be "instinctive" keeper.

Shot stopping, quick saves, one on ones - top drawer.

But as soon as he's put under a bit of pressure - i.e. ball comes in high, a pass-back, etc he crumbles.

And that's really quite damaging to an upset defence. No presence whatsoever.

If stupid mistakes like that were a one-off with him then I'd be saying the same... but they are not, so I'm not :icon_mrgreen::50:

Few good saves. The overhead kick save was good but it was also at a very good height for him. Good reactions though. Any low shot into him is probably a goal. Gets down far, far too slow. Won't come out for crosses. Can't instill any confidence into his defence surely.

    Nowhere near good enough.
