It is actually quite a good offering by them. They didn't have to do that.

We are going through one of the most successful times in our history, not as if its dire times.

Then they should be throwing in a free cup ticket for season book holders then.

Merely just a way of attempting to boost crowds (which is not necessarily a bad thing), but not exactly a perk either against two of the bottom clubs.

How can they throw in cup tickets when the gates are split though?

Noticed its limited to 5k for each game.

Should crank up the atmosphere a bit more too !

    Nice idea.

Great Gesture from the club , judging by some of you what will it take for you to be happy ? a free pie & bovril thrown in too ? :icon_mrgreen::bbpd:

Well considering it's probably cheaper to buy a matchday ticket than a pie and a bovril.......that would suffice :icon_mrgreen::bbpd:

    Let the people sing,
This still doesn't change the feeling of being short-changed for all the home games so far though. And two free tickets for your friends and family for one game at xmas will never hide the tragedy that a home game against the likes of Ross County/St.Mirren is £26 in the first place. The board need to know the fans want this to change.

On a positive note, at least giving away 5,000 tickets to these two game should finally get us over the 50k mark for the first time this season. Hopefully!

Yeah, I mean excluding Helsingborgs, Aberdeen, Benfica, Barcelona and Spartak Moscow we've not had 50 at all this year!
Some * scrooges in this thread dear oh dear! If Lawwell came to their house and personally delivered them Beyonce in * all but a Celtic scarf they'd still moan!

Think it's a great idea and something they dont need to do. Will improve the crowds and maybe get a few people back into the fitba again.
