No had a bottle of Eldo in years (due to living up in Dingwall). Had a bottle on Friday and it was absalote nectar.

Theve changed the bottle and its now reduced to 15% but it tastes magic, never used to like it.

Not giving up the English stuff al just buy both.

curious to see the thoughts on here.

Do any of you old punters rember Lanliq apparently that was the business but afore ma time.

Buckfast is the Leigh Griffiths of the alcohol world, much-maligned yet absolutely deadly and a great investment.

El Dorado is the Joey Garner of the alcohol world, over-priced, rarely-seen and adored by jakes.

Tasted Eldorado once and that was enough. Just thinking about the now, had my first bottle of Buckfast maybe 20 years ago now, and still love it. Canny be good for you though, the amount of caffeine is mental.
