Dundee Utd vs Celtic Saturday 31/8/13 12.45 KO Sky Sports 3

Well everyone seems to be caught up in the CL euphoria and forgotten about the SPL (or whatever they're calling it these days). Anyway, think we should come away with three points on Saturday, Dundee Utd aren't as strong as they have been recently (despite winning 3-0 against St Johnstone last week) though, it will be interesting to see how we respond after Wednesday's efforts.

Expecting a few changes from Wednesday, hopefully see Balde, Rogic and Derk start.

 

I agree give big Balde and Derk starts. Wouldn't mind seeing Rogic start but doubt it.

Would like to see Watt or Balde get a start and hopefully a goal Saturday. Hopefully with Pukki nearly signed up the strikers will push on a bit more for competition up front.. 3-1 to the celts

Tough to choose, we now have to find a balance between keeping players fit and keeping them fresh. I really think we now need to find a settled back four and stick with them to give them time to gel ahead of the group, one of our main problems in Kazakstan was that Mouyokolo and Van Djik had never played together, and it showed.

Our players put in a lot of running the other night.

Lenny should rest some players. We either have squad players capable of stepping up or if not should be replaced... give them a go - now is the time to find out. Liverpool match showed these guys have the appetite and our established players have done a lot of travelling and running.

It is important that we have 25 players that can be counted on ....... new guys must be buzzing to get game time and some players were not fully fit. Perfect game for us to see what depth we have in our squad/

At least we wont be kicked off the park... expect a good free flowing game from the Arabs and hope to see plenty of end to end action
