Well this is the talk celtic pub so im going to share some of my pub arguements of the past, here is one from a while back

"Could you beat a dog in a fight?"

I mean against a big growling * like a rottweiller, no weapons just bare hands. I had a lot of people with different opinions on this.

Iv always thought that I could - it depends where it gets a hold off you first though.

    EG

If it grabbed my throat, I wouldnt fancy my chances

If it grabbed my arm, I reckon I could push its eyes into its sockets therefor blinding it where I could then kick the * to death. It would surely have the last laugh as I would probobally get rabies and die a slow and painfull death.

yeah i suppose it depends on where it grabs you because it goes straight for your neck or your face and starts mauling your eyes out then you dont really have much chance :56:but if you just grabbed it and then booted it then maybe lay the smackdown a bit and deliver a peoples elbow a think you would be A - Ok :50:

Let it bite your forearm and you grab its skull with your other hand then pull down with the arm its biting = broken jaw.

Thats how the thieves get round guard dogs on building sites recently apparently except they make sure the arm they give the dog to bite its well wrapped.

Pull any dog's front legs apart and it bursts their heart. The anatomy of a dog has the heart right between the top of the legs. Pull them apart, the heart is crushed. I only know this because BOTH my grandfathers had to kill dogs this way, after being attacked. My Irish grandfather booted it square in the chops first. It drives the lower teeth up into the upper part of the dog's mouth, making it impossible for him to bite.

The close season, don't you love it?

I'd fancy my chances. I don't really have much fear of dogs.

I dont know man, its a tough one. I seen my old Papa kill a dog, using the Patented Tim Park "Pull the front legs apart" move. He was a hard old * mind you, me, well, not so much !!

So if the question is could SOMEONE kill a dog with bare hands then yes, could I manage it, probably not !!:50:

Aparently if a dog with a grip as good as say a rotweiller or pitbull gets a hold of you it is virtually imposible to prize the * off, there is only 1 thing that works, that i have been told of and that is, shove your finger right up its * as far as you can, not sure if it's true or not but, a would give it a go if a devil dog got a hold eh me :)

I'VE HEARD if one of those dirty beasts clamp down on ya, instead of pulling away from the * shove yer hand/arm as far down its throat as you can, it should start boakin/chokin and release its grip, hey presto! thats your cue to start jumpin on it heed!!....:50:....I personaly would try that first before i start fingerin it bumhole?

I'd rather take the mauling than shove my finger up a dog's *.
