Making our first visit to Celtic Park for the Hearts game at the end of the month. Just wanted to put a shout out to ask what should be the classic matchday itinerary for us. Anywhere in particular to eat or drink before or after the game? Also we could only get tickets a few blocks away from each other! Do you think we’ll be able to spot a gap or two so we can sit together?

Take your pick of the pubs along the Gallowgate on the way to the stadium. Better off in Merchant City or town after the game for scran.

Doubt there will be many gaps for sitting together.

When do you get to Glasgow? If the day/s before, might be worth taking a trip and doing the stadium tour also, not only for whatit is but get a bit familiar with how to get there etc, but yeahm on machday, follow the green and white stream from Central all through th Gallowgate etc, loads ofd Celtic pubs etc about there.

I believe there is a planned protest by some Celtic supporters groups (incl the Green Brigade, CSA etc) near the London Rd cop shop, so depending on how peaceful/heavy that gets, something to be at least aware of also.

I've got the real itinerary they won't tell you about mate.

First, you'll want to park as close to the stadium as possible, pat yourself on the back, then realise why there were so many spaces when you try to get out after full time.
On the walk over, you'll want to buy a £15 scarf with your favourite player on it as this means they're guaranteed to leave in the next window.
Get a £5 cup of coke zero out the machine, put it under your seat, forget about it, then accidentally stamp on it when you stand up to let someone by.
Buy the halftime lucky dip so you can tear it up and chuck it into the air in a rage. Then put a bet on for us to win 3-1 and Maeda to score so you've something else to chuck when we score a fourth in the 90th minute.

A bit of genuine advice, you need to actually print your ticket. Pressing your phone up against the glass won't do anything, which I've seen people do.
