    They released ticket arrangements/prices...

Celtic v Rangers a 1.30pm kick-off on Sunday 1 February, the latter televised live on BBC Scotland.

Following agreement with all four competing clubs, ticket prices across both games have also been set with 34,000 tickets for each Semi-Final – around 68,000 in total – available at £25 for adults and £10 for juveniles (under-16s).

Celtic Support – for Semi-Final v Rangers at 1.30pm on Sunday 1 February

    • East Stand Sections F1 to G8 - £25 Adults. £10 Juveniles under 16 years of age
    • North Stand Section D £25
    • South Stand Upper Section H - £30
    • South Stand Lower Section I - £30
    • South Stand Lower Section J - £35
    • East Stand Wheelchair Users - £10 Adults. £5 Juveniles under 16 years of age
    • South Stand Wheelchair Users - £15 Adults. £5 Juveniles under 16 years of age
    • North Stand Wheelchair Users - £20 Adults. £5 Juveniles under 16 years of age
Interesting that the tickets are more expensive than they've been in past years. Think before they were always £15-25, now £25-35. Also only 34,000 tickets available for fans. They also used to have £5 tickets for under 12s now theyre not.

Must be trying to milk every $ out us playing Sevco.

Acceptable prices against the new club, especially considering the friendly against England was £50-£60.

The prices were usually always £15 East stand, £20 South and £25 front South though. So they're went up £10 for the East and front South and £5 for the South. Plus theyve took away £5 under 12's tickets.

Bet if it was Celtic V Motherwell, the prices wouldn't have changed.

Over 37,000 used to go on sale to fans too, now 34,000 cut the allocations by probably near 2,000 each team - again probably only cause we're playing Sevco - otherwise why would they need extra tickets for themselves compared to before?

Anyone know if club will sell hospitality tickets for this, and how expensive they are and how likely it is to get one?

But the game will obviously be a sellout regardless man, they could have milked it. The prices are fine I reckon. It was £50 for a Juventus ticket on general sale, this game will have a similar sort of appeal so I think the prices are more than fair.

I know but, the SPL always came out with all the pish before "great affordable tickets, for the communities Cup semis", kids prices £5, £15 * etc etc

    Now theyve abandoned that.

If tickets have went up ~£10 for the semis what will they do for the final? im sure I only paid £25 for the last final of it I went to where I was in the North stand. Now the semi tickets cost that much.

Just interesting as why they've went up in price.

Guess we'll find out next year if the semis are like Motherwell V Dundee and Aberdeen V Kilmarnock if tickets are still £25-35 and allocations 17,000 each.

It's 34,000 tickets for the East, North and West stands.

More when you include the South Stand.

Slightly off-topic point, however if Celtic fans were serious about wanting rid of THEM completely they'd just boycott this game and not contribute towards them whatsoever. It's clear there are quite a lot of Celtic fans who're relishing the cheap 90 minute thrill they'll get for this pointless game in a nothing competition and therefore our section will be filled to the rafters and we'll no doubt out-sing and use various methods of poking fun at them.

There's nothing wrong with that by the way. Just be bold enough to admit the fact that you're Celtic support is based on this rivalry more than anything else and without it you're interest/support decreases. Instead of pretending you're glad to see the new club in trouble just like the old club. Anyone who was truly glad to see the back of them wouldn't have paid attention to the new club the second the were formed.

Personally I've little interest in this game in comparison to any other cup game we might play and have not even kept up to date with anything in regards to the new club other than they lost to Hearts and are in serious financial difficulties, and something about Mike Ashley or something like that. Meh, that's just me though. When I said I was glad to see they were dead I meant it and continued to support Celtic regardless and in spite of them.

I think I'd respect people more if they admitted they missed THEM and want them back and financially stable instead of saying they're glad they're gone while constantly talking about them and obsessing over how the new club are doing.

Great. I booked flights for Saturday over and Monday back in hope of the Sunday KO. Flight prices will now go through the roof for them dates.

Even though it's a new club, this is clearly the biggest domestic game we've had since we played Deadco in 2012. Every man and their dog wants to see the 1st ever game of Celtic v The Rangers in a big game at Hampden, so I do think the prices are more than justifiable. I expected them to be more expensive. Are they going straight to Season Ticket Holders and no General Sale I presume?

It's true though what he's saying. A lot of "fans" come out the woodwork for big games yet dont really bother their arses any other time.

If we were playing any other Scottish team in this semi we wouldnt sell out our allocation. Yet if we had all 51,000 tickets or whatever it is to ourselves and the club put them on sale tomorrow, they'd sell out that day.

If all these fans went to all the games, we'd be much richer and be able to put a better team on the park.

Little interest as in no more interest in this league cup semi-final than if we were playing Hamilton or St Mirren for example. Unless you're trying to tell me I'm lying, sadly I'm not because I was glad they went and I don't like the term "Old Firm" and don't like the fact the new club are getting the privilege of playing us in a cup semi-final.

My point is he's rather interested in them for someone who isn't,which is more than a little hypocritical of other fans, who is he or any other person to tell fellow fans how to think or behave, rather strange post along with some of his others

The prices are just too expensive for most run of the mill games mate. £26 for * Ross County is downright ridiculous. It's not like a concert where you see the artist maybe once every few years, we have around 30 home games a season and to charge that price every 2 weeks for a 90 minute match when the League is guaranteed is just extortion, there's no 2 ways about it.

This game will arguably be our biggest of the season so the prices are justified.

Aye because that would clearly apply to the thousands that would be at the semi-final no matter who we played. :31:

I'm not interested in them. In the two and a half years since they've gone, I've barely thought about them, mentioned them to mates or brought them up on the interwebz until now, in this thread on this website.

I'm also not telling any how to behave. I said there's nothing wrong with basing their support around a single rivalry. I, personally, would rather they had the balls to admit it. Although if they don't, again, it doesn't bother me it's just an opinion I have. I don't see how having an opinion correlates to trying to tell fans how they should behave.

As for my other strange posts? Is this the beginning of an agenda? Oooh.... will have to keep an eye out for this. :smiley-laughing002:

You said our support was more about our rivalry with them than supporting Celtic, which excuse me is a load of * and you can keep an eye out for whatever the * you like
