My first game on my new season ticket. :ynwacelti Hopefully we witness a thrashing and the game is wrapped up with 15mins to go because this week I need to get back to Dalmarnock early due to a tight connection from Glasgow Central back home.

It would be nice to see Ajer partner Jozo at the back with Eirk injured, and maybe if we are coasting towards the end Calvin Miller/Tony Ralston/Aicheson given some game time off the bench.:) The youth need to be good enough but they also need a fair chance.

I think Hayes should also start, he's been a slow burner for some but he's not put a foot wrong for me so far. Oliver Mitcham replacing Stuey might also be an interesting selection as I felt Stuey had a quiet game vs Rosenborg.

Hopefully flag day, even without the GB will be a good day and a springboard to 7 in a row. :party22:

It will be difficult after Wednesday's important victory, but hopefully we can put our stamp on the league from the very first match, and really destroy a Hearts team that seems to be close to imploding before the season even begins. Would love to see a big Celtic 6-0 score that underlines to every other club, from the first day of the league that, as the Daleks would say, resistance is futile.

Looking forward to this one and it's always good to see us start the season well. Creates a feel good factor and builds confidence quickly.

Might be a few tired legs after last night but still expect us to win comfortably. 3-0

Need to wrap Griff up in cotton wool. I'm not even sure if I'd start him here. He needs game time as well though...

Bizarre situation to be in. Don't play our only available striker in a game we need to win to keep him fit for another game we need to win. :giggle1:

Hope we pull off a cheeky signing right before this game like sinky last season. Hope it's another English winger coming off the bench against hearts..

Hearts have a pretty shocking record against us, I doubt that will improve on Saturday. We'll overwhelm them, even without LG.

    5-0.

No Walker for the mini's. Guess they'll have to find someone else to throw themselves to the floor anytime the opposition get within 5 yards. Team for me:Gordon, Lustig, Simunovic, Bitton, Tierney, Brown, McGregor, Forrest, Rogic, Sinclair, Griffiths.

Personally wouldnt risk Griff in this match, got to wrap him up in cotton wool until the next qualifier.
If we can beat a sunderland team 5-0 with no striker I'm sure we can beat a Hearts team that just got * out the betfred cup by part timers.
    Expecting and easy 3-0
