The two of them are at the right age to take them out of the championship. Plus there 1 and 2 in the top goalscoring list cannot go wrong with that. I mean 30 goals from Hooper in a team that are 20th in the league.

Both good striker's i like the lad Church from Reading tho would take him rather than these too ,

Craig Levein will be the Manager . Bookies are taking some massive bet's on him and there has been crazy movement i no how the bookies work and it only takes a few large bets here and there and the prices crash , but he was 33/1 now fave and some places wont even take a bet , Heard tonight some one foned up Ladbrokes wantig 10 k on him , Mate's a betting trader btw.

gotta say I agree that it looks like Lenny has got the job and I think deservedly so. He has put the fight and the celtic way back to the players where a mmanager since O'Neill has struggled to do so (exception WGS in firdt 2 years)... HAIL HAIL wee ginger man do yer stuff as for strikers if Lenny thinks thats whats needed then go for em as well as what keepin Johan there to sort that defence which is looking better by the week

Dont agree with Levein dont think he be any better than Lenny. People say he has what it takes but I said when TM signed it was the wrong option can see this going pear shaped if true, Has done nothing in game to suggest he is right for job at least Lenny wont settle for less than 110% as he knows what it takes to wear the green and white... HAIL HAIL

this is way off topic but anyways, so neils celtic minded? so was mogga! its bullshite, would rather levein who would also give 110% and has more of a track record than a guy whos won 6 games which had no pressure and * up the one who did.

back on topic wouldn't mind these two no matter who the boss is!

i don't think it means Lennon has the job - i think this is Lennon preparing in case he gets it and therefore not caught short

I think we should be looking to sign a few players prior to the world cup as a good world cup will start to price us out of many players

Hooper's record of 19 goals for a team without much service speaks for itslef but Maynard hasn't particularly impressed me. I think we should avoid the English market completely - every player is overpriced and are quite often mediocre at best

    Both decent..

Who will make way though? Suppose next year the only striker we will have who gets the thumbs up from a majority of fans will be Rasmussen (Keane will leave) so we need to find him a partner.. Both these players could work but if we were to search the Eastern European market we could probally find something better for less.

i doubt levein will use moggas 2-4-4 system very often. and to me leveins ability to fire players up is as good as lennys with more managerial respect throughout scotland and more experience.

pm me if you want to discuss managers mate :50:

I had Maynard in my dream team so I used to watch him play quite alot, very pacey striker who works hard for the team, not a glory boy he will put in a good shift. Scores many different types of goals, real predator in the box but not scared to hit them from 25 yards either, scored some absolute crackers over the season, scored a great goal just yesterday. Quite good with his head, scores many different types of goals. Ras and Maynard could be a real partnership. Maynard will almost certainly score goal in the spl.

As for Hooper I havent saw too much of him but his names pops up every single saturday on soccer saturday!
